These terms govern your use of Tender, operated by Nomio ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.
Tender coordinates a fabric of personally-owned machines to serve compute workloads. We provide the coordination, routing, metering, and billing layer; the compute itself runs on machines owned by you or other participants.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
Usage is prepaid and metered per token. When your balance reaches zero, service stops until you add credit — there is no overage and we do not invoice after the fact. Supplier earnings accrue from metered work. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
The fabric is made of consumer machines that may sleep, go offline, or vary in performance. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect the service.
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date. Continued use means acceptance.
